I heard the senator is the most loved person in his constituency, my bae says every road in his area is done and he's building a stadium for his people.
You are right apart from the stadium, he has just brought a proposed federal polytechnic IN ANINRI...
THIS CHURCH IN MY HOME TOWN, he equally helped in completing it

It surprised everyone, we knew the masses who are closely watching the unfolding political developments in the country were waiting to show their solidarity to Ike Ekweremadu, but none of us knew that this number of people will arrive to welcome him to Enugu.

From the airport, through the whole streets till his house in Enugu, it was a herculean task to control the surging crowd of people.

The deputy senate leader later addressed the crowd in front of his house, and they gave him their assurance of continued support.

If it's like this in Enugu central where he does not represent, (This is Gil Nnaji constituency) how will the crowd be when he travels to Awgu and Aninri later? We beg the road safety officials to be at alert to control the traffic.

APC is in trouble

The people do what?
"..loves him"? Hahahahahahah.
U guys should stop murdering English, the subject that puts food on my table.
The people " love "( plural subject goes with plural verb)not "loves"
My friend the people can either be singular or plural, based on the context.

In this sentence, the people is not a plural of person but a representative of the whole and the group so, in the real sense it is singular.

Take it as a variable the hold the value of many people. Variable is always singular.
The Nigeria is singular.
The Hausa is singular.
The Igbo is singular.
The Yoruba is singular.
Thanks.

Better than almajiris party of blood violence and death..

Apc is evil

You still think Nigerians politics is abt APC vs PDP??

That is why the same politicians who loot and steal the future of Nigerian youths jump from party to party because Nigerians understand next to nothing abt politics in their country.

PDP is APC and APC is PDP, just the same politicians either dropping umbrella and picking up brooms or vice versa

No ideology, to manifesto, no political philosophy

But one thing remains constant, irrespective of the party they belong, they keep stealing and looting the common wealth while Nigerians cheer them.

As some one said up there, welcome to Nigeria, where the higher the loot, the higher the praises.

First of all as a Nigerian who lives in one of the world’s richest countries with very high incomes it beats my imagination to see how one who is not an inventor with patents on invention(s), not in business could own mansions if not that he is a thief. You don’t need to insult my dad who’s doing far better than your father that depends on crumbs from looting politicians who embezzle so much in private and give a token in public to show off.
You know nothing especially as you have never lived to see what is involved. Poor you.

point of correction, Ekweremadu isn't a thief. if he is that means Mr integrity is a weakling who couldn't convict a high profile opposition thief even when his only agendum is fighting political opponents.

Smally, I know from your comment here your people are poor, and you believe it's because your father is not a thief hence he cannot afford to own a mansion. In the part of the country me and the senator comes from, we struggle to make a lot of money, and it shows. Of course there are thieves everywhere, but we know who are thieves among us all. We have thieving politicians everywhere, but Ekweremadu is among the hard workers who uses their money wisely. You need to know him to understand it.
He has been in the Senate for too many years, and with the oversized millions they are legally paying him, he can buy any shape of mansion anywhere in the world. Do you know Nigerian senators are paid more than US presidents? Ike has been a principql officer in the senate, and you cannot tell him to reject his salaries and allowances just because its too big.
Small igbo boys of 20 years are building mansions everywhere in the east, with small businesses, how much more the Ikeoha himself.

Its a shame really, that those who are supposed to award and monitor the project in the executive arm are spared from your criticism, while you blame Ekweremadu and other senators who only needs to pursue them to do the right thing.

If it was in the powers of Ekweremadu alone to sign that contract, the job would be completed in a year, 8 lanes with good gauge quality express.

But you know how the federal government treats Igbos.

I live in Norway one of the top richest countries in the world and none of the lawmakers can afford such luxuries. As a fool supporting politicians that has mortgaged your future and those unborn, I can’t see y u support them. Take a trip abroad and see from a different angle or lens why Nigerian politicians don’t deserve your support.
Well if u say my family is poor well I don’t owe you to prove otherwise.
If you have read some of my previous comments then u could learn a lot as u are just another dummy on d street. Your horizon would expand when you travel to developed countries to see how your life has been ruined by people you defend
