Just the theoretical aspect.. The difficulties I have is the coding snippet stuff I'm seeing in the technical assessment. I'm done with the first two pages without hitches but from the third which has coding stuff I definitely cannot go futher

Hello, I just got into this thread and having read through a number of recent pages, it made me love Andela more and can't wait to get to the bootcamp stage where it seems to be the craziest. I'm not a very good programmer but I believe I'm comfortable in js and even if I don't make it, it will be a great opportunity to develop better.

I wil advise u take the next 3 months to study the material well and learn hml, css, javascript, first.
After that start learning about backend development with node, creating APIs,. Then learn react, understand Test driven development, agile methodology, learn basics of sql query, restful Api, Es6
Then u should be at least ready for the boot camp
Am not sure 3 months is enough depending on how fast u can learn and understand d basic concepts.

Software engineering would easily frustrate you. It's low key a rabbit hole something. You'd be lost and would experience bouts of insanity but for all its worth don't stop.
Bootcamp requires you have a little above knowledge of the basics - the reasons why they provided learning resources. And since you'd be tinkering with javascript(for the most part) throughout the Bootcamp, grab some growth mindset and give it a die-there attitude.
I've been bitten once and 2x twice shy so I'm staging a comeback - matter fact an EPIC one.
