The PDP will most likely pick a SE or SS running mate. So the real battle would be really the SW against the SE as Buhari will run with Osibanjo again. If he doesn't and pick a South East running mate than that will nullify any effect of PDP choices, But i doubt Buhari will dump Osibanjo.

Atiku's chances of grabbing the flag by default has been impacted with the recent defections.

Atiku should have encouraged defectors to stay put in their respective parties until after his nomination as PDP Presidential candidate is secured.
