Good to know about that, but take this to the bank, Buhari will loose in 2019.

I don't have much problem with APC or PDP but I have problem with Buhari because he is not fit to rule this country in all area of leadership. He has nothing to offer, the thing people preach to bring him was integrity but we have seen it all.
I can't imagine any intellect will still continue to support this man after all the damages he has done and is still doing.

Kwankwaso doesn't really care about who wins the presidency in 2019. His feud is with Ganduje. Atiku will be heartbroken at the end of the primary because he certainly can't win. He may sit back and hope that Bubu wins so that he can try again in 2023 when PDP would have been seriously wrecked and will not mind giving their presidential ticket to a money-bag from the north to stand against the yoruba that APC would be fielding then.

Kwankwasiya is not a person. it is a movement.
They have offices in the 19 northern states for the last ten years. If you think only Buhari pulls crowd in the North then you are deluded.
They will drag for that kano. Sule lamido is also a godfather in Jigawa. He is a protege of Aminu kano. He does not believe in Ahmadu bello kind of politics that we see in the north now. So he has his own huge followers. Go and find out. He has his own kind of crowd.

These guys will work together, bring their crowds and advice them to vote one person.

Atiku is not the best person to lead this country for me after Buhari . But Atiku can beat Buhari more than the others who are better .

First of all Atiku will win the middle belt.
We know why. Fulani killings and Marginalisation from the government at the center.
Buhari has never even won the middle belt in his life.
And this time it won't be different.
Buhari will lose the south east and south south.
Atiku is closer to these people than Buhari.

Though Atiku has stains of corruption, but he is detrabalised. He is not a bigot, he is not a fanatic.
He lived better part of his life in Lagos. So he is a refined person. He will sell in the south east and south south.
But Buhari cannot sell in the south east after what he did to them in the name of python dance. How does he explain to women who have become widows and parents who have become childless?

Then for south west.
Both Buhari and Atiku have battered reputation.
Money, Pr and better campaign will produce the winner in south west. Atiku has the money.
Atiku preaches restructuring, the south west wants restructuring.
Buhari has never won Lagos, what makes you feel he will win it?
The APC is in crisis in the south west. Obasanjo is a factor. Wait and see what happens there.

So nah crowd go vote on election day abi? If there is one thing that has changed in our political sphere as a nation, it is that sense of consciousness on the part of Nigerians. The PDP will most likely pick a SE or SS running mate. So the real battle would be really the SW against the SE as Buhari will run with Osibanjo again. If he doesn't and pick a South East running mate than that will nullify any effect of PDP choices, But i doubt Buhari will dump Osibanjo.

South south is out of the running for vice presidential slot. Uche Secondus is from Rivers, a south south state. The slot is between south west or east. My guess is between fayose/ekweremadu.

Even if PDP puts a goat on the ticket, that goat would defeat Buhari in the South East and South South. If Buhari wins any state anywhere in those two regions then know that it was a rigging galore. But if the votes were to be counted, Buhari isn't even gonna get 10% of the vote anywhere in the South-East or South-South.

When these decampees finally sink the PDP after the Presidential Primaries, those wailers would start blaming Buhari, Tinubu and APC as usual.

As it stands now, Ike Ekweremadu would support Saraki for the PDP's ticket hoping to be rewarded with the running mate slot. In the same vein, Wike would support Tambuwal during the primaries hoping the he would be made his running mate after he wins the ticket. Likewise Fayose, who would support Atiku hoping to get the running mate ticket. Hope you guys have seen where the problem lies?

You guys would expect Wike to waste his (Rivers State) money on a Saraki/Ekweremadu joint ticket IF Tambuwal loses the primaries right? Or Ekweremadu mobilizing the Southeast voters for Tambuwal after he must have felt shortchanged IF Saraki loses the primaries? What about "the Oga kpatakpata of them all" Atiku? He should waste his money on a PDP candidate other than him? Funny peeps.

I've not even mentioned the likes of Dankwambo, Makarfi and Lamido who haven't really left the PDP since it was formed. They should watch as a decampee snatches the party's ticket from them which they believe is rightly theirs? Oh. I almost forgot Kwankwaso too. Wahala!

Some differences between this year's defection and that of 2014 are:

•Most of them knew before decamping that the APC ticket belonged to Buhari.

•They weren't too ambitious then as they are now. Et al.

Now Atiku is in his 70's and would be 75 in 2023 so he knows this is his last shot at the Presidency. Tambuwal knows he would lose his governorship seat should he lose the PDP Presidential ticket. Kwankwaso knows he cannot win a Senatorial reelection in Kano State if he loses the PDP Presidential Primaries. So it shall surely be a fight to finish during the PDP primaries.

If they field Atiku: He may not win any State in the North, aside few states in the North Central (Benue, Taraba and Plateau)

In the South West, he will be so demarketed before the election that he will struggle to garner 300,000 ,votes across the 6 states.

. In the South South and South East, he will run neck to neck with Buhari in the total vote cast

If they field Saraki: He will only win Kwara and Benue states in the entire North.

He will lose woefully in the South West even worse than ATIKU as he is widely known as a betrayal.

If they field Kwankwaso: He will do well in the North, but will not garner up to 35% against Buhari in the core North
and there will be voter's apathy in the North Central, as they see both Kwankwaso/Buhari as the same thing..

He will fail woefully in the South West, worse than Atiku or Saraki.

In the South South / South East, he will get less votes than Atiku, Saraki or Buhari.

If they field Tambuwal. Buhari may as well go to sleep on the election day and wake up to be sworn in for the 2nd term without breaking a sweat.
