Reading all d argument about business all day sadden my heart to see someone or people playing monopoly of wisdom. As much as i try to avoid any issues, due to the fact that the advantage and lessons learnt so far can't be comprehend to the disadvantage and folks trying to foster their idea on people. Which some times push to react, but out of respect for those we run to like Oga Gazzuzz, Ogunvic, etc makes me held back. Luxy44 please find passion in what your love & stick to it, not everyone here is into this business for the dough, the so called business u mentioned above have sent people to early retirement and had I know, so please enjoy some big Cole & bread without dragging people. What you forgot to ask yourself... Where were they b4 uber/taxify? Where are they now? What's dia plans like? Uncle if they are making headway for their life, then stop wasting your business plan on them, folks do sell that for absolute living.

Oga , I dey vex for u oo. U borrow my meme use without giving credit first grin

It is now clear that partners are the most important piece in this business than the drivers because a partner owner can decide not to give his car to any driver and drive himself on his free time, whereas a driver without a car can never drive himself if the partner doesn't give him a car.

It is now a normal thing for drivers to act sober when collecting the car and change afterwards collecting the car by talking to you the way they never did before collecting the car.

To each his own. You can even help to bottle feed and back the baby while waiting for the mother upstairs to finish her make up.

You can offer an excellent customer service without resorting to servitude.

So offering to help your customer load their luggage is servitude, and you are supposed to be offering a service? Mtsheww

This guy always wanting to take up almost all advertised cars here. I remember putting up two cars in two weeks with different monikers and he called to signify interest only for someone to talk about him in one of my taxify/Uber whatsapp group complaining of same guy and same name of using his new car for only 3weeks and damaging it severely without even remitting weekly allowances. Investors, please shine your eyes oooo. I am not here to demarket anyone but to let us know to shine our eyes very well.

Ofcourse I can’t rule that out, because I was surprised also when the seller (based abroad) told me the odometer reading. The 74,000km is circa 46,500 miles and for a 2007 car is quite unbelievable. And also the car came with my Matrix 2003 with 260,000 km. He promised to send the VIN today and I will modify the advert as soon as I get it.

I think the riders are the most important. That is where the money is coming from. If you could canvas for one of these three stakeholders, who would you want more of; partners (more cars), drivers (more workers) or riders (more revenue)?

This is one of the major challenge every business building a platform face.

Who come first?

I do agree they are both important. To be fair, it is not easy to get either vendors or customers.
But the customer is king, not because he can't be wrong, but because, Dearly beloved, he is the reason we are all gathered here today.
In my own business, the revenue source is most important and must be carefully protected.
The vendor comes a very close second.
