Fresh Okro soup,just add some kpomo.
Its good for a day soup.

That fish does not have a good taste when smoked. If you use it to cook okro when it is fresh you will enjoy it. Its glory is in okro soup and not in soup.

I sometines add it to my stew, sometimes vegetable soup. I prefer it's smell to that of stockfish in soup.

My wife know how to season this with jollof and ata rodo lol

Efo. Those veggies that comes with snail, oyster, periwinkles, ponmo, meat and whatever else that can be added also.

I really like veggies especially when its freshly cooked.
