There is nothing wrong been a bread seller. So, if they choose to include that as part of the story, in my opinion there is nothing wrong in that. You people are the one that need to work on your shallow mentality. Every profession has its dignity. You are providing a service to those who need it. Without that service some will go hungry. That's value. What value have you add to people's lives?

And that's what make her story more compelling. There would be those who would be seeing her for the first time. It's her selling point and what make her different from others. You should work on your own self esteem.
