In my opinion, NIPOST seems to be improving with delivery time. Depending on traffic, delivery to Canada is within 2 weeks. In fact, mine got there in one week. However, the sender need to beg/warn them not to tamper with the seal.

The 10k should be for processing. N350 is for postage stamp. So I'm sure one should ask when one goes there for how to send by courier.

Yea, it might delay and is more expensive, but I don't think we should be so concerned. WES and WAEC will have a mechanism for relating with each other as people going for studies abroad have been using it before.

So I requested for UK PCC on June 30th and I've not seen anything yet, i mailed them about not receiving it and they sent me this

According to our records your certificate was dispatched on 11/07/2018.


Just respond to the email, confirm the address you used and if you have anyone in the UK use the persons address as new address for them to send the replacement copy via untrackable Uk first class mail. Its free, If not you may have to pay for a trackable delivery method to your address in naija.

This is the problem. Mine didn't come as well. Had to apply for a replacement copy and got the person to scan it to me.
You opted for a standard untrackable dispatch of your certificate and it is therefore not possible to track where your certificate is. It may be considered as lost in the postal system.


1) Please reply to this email and confirm the delivery address stated in your application. If the address that you state in your reply email to us is the same as you originally stated in your application then your certificate will be considered to be lost in the postal system and we can then provide a replacement free of charge.
2) Please confirm in your reply email the address to which the replacement should be sent.

Individuals looking at evaluating their degree can try ICES. They are pretty straight forward than this new requirement for WES. Takes four week after getting all the documents though. At least, that was what I saw on their website

Also can anyone confirm if one can use a UK address to recieve a UK PCC and have it scanned to me. Or would CIC request a hardcopy of the PCC?

Sad. I can imagine how you feel. I'm in PH as well. When I needed to send my fingerprints to FBI in November, I sought for, but couldn't find any security personnel to assist me. I had to resort to YouTube videos as well. I prepared and sent 5 sets to FBI and fortunately, they accepted mine.
I was very worried during the 3 months long wait as they hadn't commenced the 48 hours processing then.... thank God it ended in praise.
To your question, I later discovered a police officer at the SCIID, Moscow road, PH (Thanks to this wonderful NL e-family). He took our fingerprints for our Nigerian PCC. If I had known him earlier, I wouldn't have bothered taking my fingerprints myself. I can help with his contact. I don't know if it's okay to put it out here. His name is Mr Ogolo

Naija PCC takes one day to complete. Or are you referring to foreign PCC. If yes, you can start processing it now, since you have left the country I presume.

Get the difficult-to-get ones, others like Naija PCC and bank statements can wait till you get ITA. Depending on your city, the hospital you intend to use and if you are sure of ITA immediately after your IELTS, you can go ahead with booking appointment for your medicals.

Please check well below of your profile under the required documents icon, you will sure see it there as number one, as against waiting to see it on your homepage dashboard.
Wifey is at same stage of awaiting verification and she got it as explained above. I am tired of this dumb decision of theirs irrespective of their reasons. If it is because of the much requests on the football age thing, that is, those that have disparity with DOB on transcript vs their request, then let the decision to be applicable to such people only, instead of making it a general affair.
They will explain to me better at 3pm when I reach out to them. Fingers crossed!

10 weeks is less than three months. A good number of people spend average of 5 months on WES because of verification.
