4. Saving your CV In the wrong format
Word and PDF format should be the only systems to use when sending your CV to potential employers. Avoid sending your CV then saving it in a format that cannot be accessible.
The end result? Employers will not get a chance to have a look at it and it is your entire fault.
“I have had applicants sending CVs by sharing it on Google docs where I have to have permission to view the file, something which is impossible,” says Ms Ndegwa.
To be on the safe side, just save it as a word document since it’s the easiest.

......if you are saving a CV in word format,ensure that its saved on "compatibility mode".....

Who CV ep?? In the recent time CV in Nigeria doesn't fetch one job. What matters is connection, get the right connection and the job is yours. Even class of degree is no more of importance in Nigeria. Third class graduate are taking better jobs this days because of the right connection.

That's because he probably has many certifications and job experience which can't be fit into 2 pages. Does it make any sense to only have 3yrs cumulative experience and ur CV is almost 4pages?.

More so, gone are the eras of writing sex, date of birth, state of origin and so on on CVs, if those information are needed, it will be requested for. And most importantly, non inclusion of this helps guide against prejudicial system and bias.
