took loan from my 401k, my brothers sometime
Bi week repaying my loan was $600
for about nine year have not had fully check
I am only pay $95 today
My first fully check will be December
I was glad I work a government that I was able to take up to five loan at the time
Today you can only be able to take one 401k loan

I have three client left that is late this month

Yep , I follow SOME of fave Ramsey teaching but some his teaching are not realistic. He was a young man in the 80’s where it was easier for you to get own place and take care of yourself . Now it’s harder for younger people to do that. The average apartment cost $1000 in my area cost that, I’m not sure how fresh 18 year old is going to afford that , even with room mates . Yea a lot of people appear to have more money than they have.

It’s obviously not going to be new if your income is that low .They have different ranges of prices of Benz or bmw,especially if if it’s a used car. The road side dealers are have loan sharks that also lend cars to people with poor credit. It’s just not cars , it also credit cards as well. Easy to give out but easy to pay back.

No that not possible unless they’re living at home with parents but that still not reasonable . I originally stated that some people with $1500 income could be driving Benz, they’re not driving the new ones of course. Like some people may have houses passed down them by their parents or grand parents so they may not have mortgage but it will be still be unreasonable to have $1000 car payment . Plus they still have to pay for car insurance as well.

Looking at everything... I just realized that our disorganized lifestyle in Africa is a bit better in terms of how you spend your money...
although the standard of living in U.S or Western World is a lot better than living in Africa , but for adult moving to U.S getting use to credit score, buying house on credit etc will take time getting use to.

Yes it is , I had it easier because I moved here in my teenage years , I got accustomed to everything fairly quickly and was on par with people born in the country . One of the best classes I took in my senior year of high school was financial class . It taught me about finiancing in America. My teacher gave us a project whereby we would have to research the starting income of our aspiring fields and then make a budget of the basics( house, food and transportation) based take home. We also had to pick where we wanted to live so that everything could be done according to the cost of living in that particular area .

What I was taught was very realistic , and helped shaped me . But not everyone going to make sure of the teaching , but it still needs to be taught . A lot of school do not have mandatory financial class.

Sequel to my previous post, we had a success party last Saturday with both past student and present.. A very notable testimony was one of our student who had a job with capital bank as a network security engineer earning $125k at 60 years old. To be honest we were a bit skeptical about him when he started the class but he proved us wrong..

I took some picture of the school and lab environment.. We are currently working on building a server/firewall topology as our latest hands on project.. Present students were very much encouraged by our mentor who is set to hit $1 million annually.. 6 figures us very much doable in d security field.

Online classes will commence first week of September to accommodate individual in other states.
