You said internship not direct work. Internship is a form of learning and also working. You also said USA not CANADA. Canada policy is different. A lady studied accounting in Nigeria then migrated to Canada. She couldn’t get a job related to her course of study. Only secretary jobs. So She had to go back to school in Canada and start from year 1 just to work there.

The way u ppl address issues here, u make it seem like answering ppl'z question is a competition. I aint competing with u bro. Jst tryin to provide solution. Moreover, canada is a country of different provinces. Each province with its own law. Even after learning in province A, u might not be able to work in province B.

Talking about getting a course in ur field, its same thing everywhere bro. I know of someone in Bonn who did masters in environmental science, very fluent in german language, yet he is working in "MONEY GRAM".... This is the reason I said if ur intended course of study does not ve prospect here, think twice. 50% of what you read here on nairaland are virtual stuffs, the reality can only be decipher by you alone when you get here....

Bros my admission letter had an abuja address. Me sef shock! I just see it as the hand of God.. When God wants to favour a man, he can take him away from his comfort zone and show he is God!. Got my admission letter past 11 am yesterday, applied to the embassy and by 4:30pm got an appointment for 9/8/2018 in Lagos which is just Thursday.. Do you have a masters? Are proposing a thesis in your mail? Is it related to what those professors are working on at the moment?

If ur answer is no to any of these questions then you need to make them yes before you start contacting them.
You should send ur CV as well.

Lastly, many of them are very busy and expect you to take no response as a negative response.

It happens on rare cases. It's a mistake on the part of the embassy I guess and Luck to the applicant(s). But if detected b4 Visa is issued they will be asked to send in Proof of funding or SL or Scholarship else Visa will not be released. If not detected Visa will be released which is another mistake I guess and Favour on the part of the applicant(s).
But in which ever way the applicant(s) have to quickly fund or get SL because that same luck took some1 to DE and when it was time to get Resident Permit and Work Permit problem started as the person was given a deadline to submit Proof of funding or SL or Scholarship else face . . .
My own points. . . Different persons with different experience

How copies of your passport data page did you take along for the interview? From the checklist it looks like they are asking for 8[(original + 2 copies) * 2 copies]

What about the signed declaration? It looks like they asked for 6 in total.

He applied to five schools and three rejected him based on cgpa.
O sun miiiii , how can I be in Munich and my twin will be in Nigeria. Please guys I need ur advice on this matter, should he cancel and applied again.

yes he needs the SL or BA to register with alien office when he gets to Germany

This happens on rare occasions but not like it is a mistake from the embassy. It is intentional because they will clearly tell you in the AM to send your BA confirmation, Insurance and passport for visa to be issued, if it was a mistake as you think, they would not ask you to forward it via courier together with the other two documents.

so the people that gave him the confirmation letter no wan release admission letter or what ?
Its almost a week to the day if he can't get admission today let him cancel but before then make him write the school first about it .
