This is why most churches cannot develop in Africa. Only those that took there time to interpret will attract uncivilised people. RCCG always consider the language barrier, making it easier for the locals to comprehend their message.

Seriously? Preachers go to Latin America and Europe and they get interpreters to help translate their sayings to the local language. Have you been to areas where people need to be converted? Not understanding English should be a barrier to spreading the gospel? Civilization isn't a prerequisite for salvation.

Oh I see ur point and I totally agree. However d context of where I was coming from is in a local church setting. That was why I said church. Now remember (if u actually read that part) I didn't say there should not be interpreters at all o even in d local church setting but separate section can be created where d message is interpreted to the people needing it rather than interpreters standing beside d preacher. Well I have said it b4 and I guess its worth repeating that these points of mine are just my opinions based on modern trends I have observed. They should not be taken as gospel
