Hello Francis,

Sorry about the refusal. You don't have to reapply "sharp sharp". First, you need to request for gcms note. Also, you need to get a new admission letter if the current one is for fall. Ircc will still ask for a new offer letter when they are about to approve your visa for subsequent term.

Am so sorry. I know that feelings. Re-apply as u planned and also ensure you get your GCMS note to know what exactly the VO was thinking.

Dear Francis,

So sorry for the delay, I felt a bit bad at the stage your application get to and they still deny you visa.. Please on a brief look at your refusal reasons,this guys are pointing /faulting your admission process, it seem their is a fatal error on the admission process in conjunction with your sponsor (my reasons anyway) I think this rejection was made during eligibility review... During your process status did you notice a change in your eligibility review?.. I will not advice you to refire like that,you need to explain in detail how you carry out your admission process to your visa request, what documents you submitted,you see also they made mention of the details you supplied being faulty,your gcms note will explain this better for you ..... I think from there the Bishops in the House will have the full picture of what went wrong....

I applied online may 9th
was refused
Diploma programme
Nova scotia community college
Mechanical engineering
20yr old
Filled all forms.
Data page of passport
Account statement of sponsor mom with 8. Mil
Account statement of uncle with 18 mil
Letter of acceptance
Receipt of payment of acceptance fees
Affidavit of sponsorship
Letter of sponsorship from both uncle and mum
Didnt include my secondary school transcript i guess the problem started from here
Uncle's company registration doc
Reasons
No travel history
No personal asset
Purpose of visit
Please gurus help me out

yes i used an agent.. Who was to hard to communicate with .. Didnt hear from her till i was refused

I guess you don't want to know the procedure if not google should have been your good friend. Well no undergraduate application is on now, what you need to do is prepare your your documents like transcript now so that before application opens in November your transcript mush have gotten to the school with that you will get early admission and have ample time to do your visa processes. I can assist to guide on the process!! Note the process is not difficult

What you said is true. But most of the active June applicants on this forum have not heard anything including myself.
My status have not changed since Wednesday when my medical was updated and eligibility review started.

I wait not on the vo, but on HIM for approval.

No news yet. I see a system maintenance Notice on CIC site for Tuesday/tomorrow. Hopefully Wednesday, there will be updates on tuesday
