His shoutings didn’t improve the the falconet’s game rather it did the opposite. He was shouting from the blast of the whistle to the end. The girls were confused. It was only luck and some determination that saw them through. China were more organised, they would’ve scored more but that brilliant clearance from Opeyemi and goalkeeper prevented them.

I said it that man shouts too much, he wants to direct every move of the players. So annoying

I wonder why they were hugging that man. How did he he get his coaching badge. He ruined this match with his shoutings and ugly loud voice.

Patriotism apart, this team will not go far in this competition.

The Falconets teams that qualified for the final game in the World Cups of 2010 and 2014 were very, very solid- tactical play, positioning, shooting, dribbling, etc.

This current team has had no strategy, they haven't been able to even string four passes together in all their 3 group-stage games, and they do not have any cohesion whatsoever.

The goal keeper was the one that has carried this team so far; there is a limit to how a team can rely on a goal keeper!

And finally, our players brought our aggressively open display of religion as Nigerians to the field yet again with the loud praise worship as they all knelt on the pitch. We are religious but wicked at the same time! A complete oxymoron!

Lets leave that aside both deep down in our heart we all know that they didn't deserve to win that game. Well never mind.
. Unfortunately, game is never determined by who deserve to win but who works harder. Nigeria deserve to win because they didn't give up and worked very hard till the end. If China deserved to win the game they would have worked harder to hold on to the goal and not allow Nigeria to equalize at the eleventh hour.

Yes I must comment. I would be filled with so much joy when Niger-area AKA shytehole is finally disgraced.
What u don't know about life is,what you give is what you get.if u seek for the downfall of a nation, you should it's also your own downfall..England didn't deserve to get to the semi final of the last world cup, their media and the whole country still over hyped and stood by them..learn to see the good side of everything in life,it will take you far.

have we lost games that we played better ? the answer is a resounding Yes.

so getting a draw when the opponent played better is not something out of this world.

For those saying Spain this and Spain that...please understand that every match has its strategy ...
it's not over until you win or quit

pls I was not negative, I made my first comment based on how we were playing and when the Nigerian defender cleared the ball from the line just before we scored. Bad network made my post to come late after we equalized.

I am happy Nigeria won and hope we improve in our next match. It just that you should have passed your message across without insults. Congrats for the win today.

we are just lucky to win this match, no clear cut pattern or tactics just kick and follow and the Chinese are much younger than our girls as we field an overage team in the competition. In 2 years time both team fielding same set of players, the Chinese will wallop our girls, the Chinese are more technical than our girls as it is our physique and luck that give us the needed draw
Re: China Vs Nigeria: U-20 Women's World Cup - 1 - 1 (Full Time) by Icon79(m): 6:02pm On Aug 13, 2018
The girls are good individually, but they are not a well coached team. They can't string two passes together, their off the ball movement is wack! I don't know where they got this their coach from. The coach who coached the team in the last U-21 tournament (the team that included Oshoala) was very good. That particular squad played like a team.

O pari

anjilgreat:
Great defensive work there. That would have gone in.

To be candid, this Nigerian girls don't deserve to go to the next round. China deserves it

Guy u sabi wella. This is the worst I have seen from the previous U20 squad. The last one that even went out of the group stage last w/cup got 6point but failed to qualify on goal difference.
The team is both tactically and technically inept. Ball control zero, team play abysmal, cohesion none, midfield extinct. We qualified on luck, physical prowess and excellent goal keeping.
I just wish we could swap coach with the Spanish coach. Omo that coach na die, u would think u were watching Barcelona. kiss

i dont agree with you....

this team is strong defensively and scores high on Teamwork....but their weak point is offensive midfield and a lack of playmaker....

The goal was recorded as an own goal, so no goal score by Ajibade- whether own goal or borrow goal we are in the quarter final.
