Our next coach must be young and enterprising. A young man would get on his laptop and watch these players live. This is 2018, streaming sites and YouTube are available to make things easier.
Bruv you tube is only indicative and cam be very misleading.

Players will pull together a clip of 5 minutes which contains 6/7 games so it's very easy to give a wring impression.

One of my friends well he is a in sixties old enough to be my Dad former head of recruitment of Liverpool Southampton and now at Fulham.

He NEVER uses video clips he always goes to watch the games live. I am just using him as an example of why video clips can be deceptive.

I mean if you can watch the whole game on YouTube then that's OK.

Ebere Eze is miles ahead of Nwakali in terms of development.
And can I ask where did he come to prominencehuh Playing in league one for Wycombe Wanderers League two.

It's better to be an outstanding player in a lower league making your way up than a anonymous one making your way down.

There are full game tapes on YouTube. Not every video is a short clip. You can also watch some live matches on YouTube. My point was that a coach must be able to source for these things and not leaving all the work for the scout.

I agree with a player working his way up but it does not always pan out well.

I think this will be Ebere Eze last season in the championship. He is extremely talented.

I agree

Most clubs have big video libraries, so for instance a defender will go to his video analyst and say hive three hours on Lukaku. To see what he can do to stop him.

A coach should have a team behind him and they can do the analysis. But sometimes seeing a player in the game live can do more than a 5 hour video..

Yea I have no problem with a team being behind the coach but what is the coach doing that he can't buy data and watch these guys live like the rest of us? For instance just yesterday I watched trencin, ujpest, Zurich and gent, what is the coach doing that he can't do that? It dam sure would help.

Baba you no lie.

One open play goal in three matches.... So poor...

New comers Haiti performed better than our team in the group stage.
I have been following the FIFA U19 now U20 Female WC since its Inception. This class is not at par with the previous ones.

Well, I just hope they perform better from the Q/finals.

These are some of the comments from QPR fans. The boy is really good. I want to see if he can perform in the premier league.

Our girls U20 coach is a typical secondary school coach who thinks God is interested in his matches instead of sitting down to study and make tactical approach to a game, that's why he shouts in all Nigerian languages at the girls from the blast of the whistle to the end.

The 2010 set was my first Female u-20 Tournament that I followed. That team had the likes of Esther Sunday, Oparanozie, Ebere Orji, Jonathan etc. They were beauty to watch...

We always go into the knock out stages in high spirit with like 10goals. But this one is so different.

I aam tipping the French girls. I have watched them play and they look almost like their male's team.

Na kick and Follow we de play for this tournament.

Coaches tend to drift towards thier comfort zones in addition may have question ❓ marks about how suitable a player is for the specific needs of the club and league.

Trencin played exceptionally well although not to take anything away from victory. The Dutch leagues has completely gone backwards from a top league in Europe.

The Dutch league us rated much lower than the Turkish league. That tells us something the only good teams left are Ajax and PSV unfortunately.

However, when a player stands out he elevates himself from the league as so many have done. They move up.

On the other hand it can be vice versa if you are in a lower league with ambition. You MUST WITHOUT DOUBT be the outstanding player in that league continously and consistently.

You should not use the SE to propel a failing career on the basis of past youthful glories. Football is about continous improvement.

Yeah. I also love the Assisat Oshoala, Courtney Dikeh, Fransceca Ordega, loveth Ayila and co's 2014 set. They were just smashing their opponents with goals.

I hope this crop can improve from the next round.

With good coaching our group would have been a walk in the park I am sure of it. Look at today, he had 3 midfielders running around like headless chickens when he could have simply sat one of them in front of the defense.

The girls are not bad at all, the keeper is good enough to complete with Alaba for the SF number one shirt and Duru might be the solution to our left back problem. Also our midfielders are getting better by the second, Peace Efih is my pick of the bunch but Ucheibe and Amoo have been improving almost by the second.

If you really look player by player it would be hard to pick a weak link. Look at how they reacted when their backs were to the wall and they could had to play and not listen to their coach. If the coach allows them to play real super falconet football they will be tough to beat.

My real problem was the zonal positioning. You will just see 5 players drawn to one side of the pitch.

It shows that they are not well coached.
