Matches like these have always been tough for us even when CR was here. we lost several times to this same team over the years especially in non UCL matches

we even lost 4-0 in 2015 with CR playing 90 minutes

Also the 2 goals they scored which gave them the equaliser and the lead afterwards were all from defensive brainfarts. There's little Ronaldo's presence would've done to prevent that unless Ronaldo would've tracked back to tackle the Atletico player before he shoots
