NOC 1114 is for funds transfer though what you wrote seems to be an abridged version. It needs to be "fleshened" up in my humble opinion.

Good day friends,
We are going to have part 7 of this thread with the rate it growing with irrelevant and repeated questions. We ain't making this thread interesting again. Technical and biting issues are what we needed to guide us to good path. My observation though. We shall all get to our promise land soon. Thanks

Actually, someone has. I cant recall who but i remember Newmum and a couple of other people suggested that he should raise a CSE and resend his RSA and the PFA Act and someone also suggested that he updates his PoF and resend same through a CSE.

Update: this is the link to the post
https://www.nairaland.com/4472519/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/526#69658894

joo2018:
Not necessarily. The issue came up in Thread 4. I think it was @Guitarlife who noticed it in his gcms notes.
The conclusion then was that case officers calculate other funds first. If the funds are adequate, the PFA fund is not included. No one has yet reported that POF was found inadequate due to PFA funds. Until then, we will assume it is still valid.

1221, 1241, 1222 Take your pick. Most likely 1221 though. Ensure you look at the lead statements of each and determine which matches.

I am encouraging you guys to try and do small work now. I still dey recuperate. cry

Hi, I'm curious, did your PFA letter state that you're entitled to 25% if out of job for 4 months?
I'm trying to understand why they refused the pension fund.
Yap. The letter clearly stated that portion of the act.

I don't think that is the case cuz I remember there was a guy (dunno if its this thread or the last one) that had the same issue and from his GCMS, it was stated "POF does not appear to be met" cuz Pension was not included..... nd then everyone was advising him/her to raise a CSE showing the sectn of the act whilst also hustling for the remaining balance of the POF

When you are here,"impossicant"...my father would always tell us "A drastic disease needs a drastic cure" so you may have to do something for this to reduce to the barest minimum.

I know everyone here is willing to help but some are not willing to put in the efforts and this circle will continue nonetheless.

Apologies to anyone this post has offended but we just have to buckle up. Enough said.

Asking for a friend's friend's sister... Who knows the process of getting certificate from NECO to WES?

I promised to update you about this after doing mine.

I paid a contact at NECO HQT in Minna on the 6th of August 2018, after sending my NECO cert and WES request form via email to him.

He confirmed the result, processed it and sent to WES on 10th via DHL. It arrived WES on the 15th.

I'm waiting for WES to send the verification email to NECO and I'll tell him to reply. Then I'll be free from WES-NECO wahala.

I hope this helps.

I just dey look you with side eye. As if that will happen on a thread where some people have openly stated that they prefer the easy way, while others (like you) do the hard work.

For those that are still confused on the evaluation body to use, this should help you to make an informed decision.

WES vs ICES vs IQAS

WES evaluates WAEC/NECO together with degree certs issued by Nigerian institutions can be evaluated while ICES & IQAS dont do such.

WES verifies your transcript/WAEC/NECO by sending mail or email to your school that sent them the transcript and wait for your school to respond before evaluation is completed while ICES
& IQAS require ONLY your school to send your transcript and no verification email is required.

WES requires your school to send your transcript by post/courier while ICES requires your transcript to be sent by post/courier or via official email of your school and IQAS demands for your transcript to be sent by post.

WES charges $200 for all documents submitted plus additional $7 for standard delivery or $85 intl & $25 for local; ICES charges $200 per document and additional $75 for intl delivery or $26 for local; while IQAS charges $200 for all documents submitted plus $15 & $75 for local and intl deliveries respectively.

WES minimum processing time is 20 business days when all documents are received and verification email replied; ICES is 10 weeks (some got their ECA report within 4-5 weeks) and IQAS is 12 weeks.

WES & IQAS send soft & hard copies of the evaluated document while ICES sends only hard copy with a charge fee of $75 for intl delivery & $26 for local.

NOTE

WES favours OND/HND certs & evaluates it as 2 or more certs. It also favours nurses with BSc cert.

WES doesnt favour LLB, but favours LLM cert.

IQAS favours both LLB & LLM certs & nurses without BSc.

Goodluck in your Canny journey.

On the issue of using PFA as proof of funds, we need people to speak up as regarding their own application. @hayor2014, can you please give us an update on how it went with the POF?

Dear good people, kindly see below pictorial explanation from Canadian immigration website. The 8,7,7,7 that has been ringing bell here is not a prerequisite. You can still make it 6,6,6,6 provided your score is within CLB 7. You must not make it 8,7,7,7 to qualify.
Brethren, who else is with me.

Eeeeya
You obviously don't get it. Neither do you understand how this process works.

Kindly read thru page 1 of this thread, simulate your CRS score using CLB 7 vs CLB 9 or CLB 10 and you will see the difference.

As per the NOC stuff, it is really easy for one to cop up his/her appropriate NOC by simply typing part of the statements in their JD into the NOC search bar. Most people do not bother to do this basic stuff. They'd rather whip out their JDs and forward to the "NOC queen" here. At the minimum, do your research people and merely seek for authentication or modification
