I have a colleague I work with...he is ahead of me in ranking and I need to take permission from him before I can do anything...

he doesn't allow me to work, he like doing everything by himself and doesnt think I can do anything good...to him I am not good enough and he doesnt want to teach me...

I have better qualifications than him, just that he has experience in the job and came before me..

I know I am good at the job and I am smarter than him....but I only act when he is not around..

today I did something without his consent and he went to complain to higher authority, they found out my judgement was better and gave me the power to act when I want to..

some people are just like this my colleague...
