Guy calm down. I don't know your interview date but if I were you I would have ordered notes by now to see the concerns raised before going to the said interview and then take it up from there. Don't shoot your leg on the foot a second time.

I ordered notes the exact day I got the interview request but surprisingly the interview date is exactly one month from the day I got the letter.

Hello Everyone,
I am to attend an Interview at Accra VO next month cos my current employment pays cash salary and I'm going with a letter from my employer stating that I was paid in cash plus a payment schedule, letter of appointment, reference letter, last leave approval, tax clearance(payee), and receipts of monthly dues to my professional association. Now my only concern is some people are saying I should show evidence of salary deposit into my acct by myself and I hardly do that as the money no reach me self, pls kindly advice me. I'll welcome all contributions.

Success is your portion. You will go in victory and return with a testimony.

Just saw your notes, why not take the bank statements from inception of your job as pointed out in your notes. Just hold it. The noes specifically mentions it

@glitteringstar thank God for journey mercies

Been a long couple of days but in the spirit of giving back. Myself and hubsman got ppr. and my sist @oyinkankt is in ip1 (fingersCrossed)

Hi Everyone,

Fantastic work you guys are doing here. I have a question:

I received the PPR email yesterday but in the email they told me to send my documents to Ottawa for COPR within 30 days rather than accra. I am currently in Nigeria and though i’ve sent emails to Ottawa for them to give me instructions and appendix A to submit to a VAC close to me, I haven’t gotten a response yet. Thus, i’m wondering-can I send my passport and documents via fedex to Ottawa for COPR and use my friend’s mailing address in Canada? They said they don’t send back passports to addresses outside North America. Also has anyone had this experience and what did you do?
Many thanks

It's PPR my wonderful e-family!

First heard about Express Entry in 2014. I was still a patriotic Nigerian then, believed things would get better. Fast forward to 2017, my friend convinced me to write Ielts and that was the first step of my EE journey.
My timeline below:
Ist ielts 8.5 7 6.5 7 in LRWS
2nd Ielts 6 9 7.5 7
3rd Ielts 8 7 7 7(let my people go)
CRS 453
ECA started August 2018, completed 22/02/18 with MCC.
Entered the pool 22/02/18
ITA 26/03/18
AOR 25/04/18
Mep 03/05/18
File transferred to Ottawa 14/05/18( got this from my GCMS notes)
Ip2 07/08/18
.
PPR 15/08/18

POF: had 40% of funds transferred to my account by my sister didn't do a gift deed just a LOE.
*wouldn't advise this as it was noted in my notes to review large sum transfer into my account. Thank God I didn't get an ADR or worse an interview.
Please people get a gift deed irrespective of the sum once the money comes in post-ita.

I added my sibling in Canada post-ita because I wasn't certain she would release her document to me but she finally came through. My CRS score was recalculated from 453 to 468.

Single applicant
No travel history

Special thanks to the wonderful contributors on this thread. I got most of the answers to my questions without even asking, they were just there in black and white.
To the newbies, always start from page 1.
It will end in PRAISE for us ALL.

I remember we had a discussion on this months back. The consensus was that banks dont disclose balance, we felt they could only verify an SOA when contacted by a thirdparty. Well someone just shared her story and it contradicts what we presumed. Maybe her bank does things differently. Eitherways, you should be mindful.
