I feel the government should do more in terms of job creation.

It's been few months after NYSC and I doubt if I'll send my CV to anyone else. I'm go to start learning a business as an apprentice from now till December after which I'll start mine. To get a 100k job in Nigeria is pretty difficult and it also means it'll take almost three years to buy a tokunbo Camry if you don't spend out of it, and that's not gonna work for me.

Reach inside of you, create a business from your passion, might be difficult seeing friends living the dream while you struggle for every penny, but believe me you would laugh last and longer.

This is a case of a blind man leading another blind man.

There's no job anywhere in Nigeria, you're either underemployed or you pay for your employment and in most cases, you must know an insider. Luck is your last option with your good grades and C.V.

You don't just come here and post shit, u either rephrase to something like " how to increase your chances of bla bla" or u post an entrepreneurial or start up skills of sort.

Blogging is not bout copying and pasting with a lil editing. Be unique.

I want to learn sales of computer accessories. It's something I'm already familiar with but I want to learn where to source for goods and customers and some other stuffs too.

Birth control did not in any way tally with the topic on ground. A billionaire Father can decide to beget 10 children with the futuristic mindset that they will inherit his assets. Even if they (children) decide to remain in the house, they won't be bothered.

Personally I believe that if I should sit down to think of that wonderful gift which am endowed with then utilize it,, I will become an employer tomorrow. Same mindset everyone should have.

Another thing i've noticed is that people need results sharp sharp. Most entrepreneurs want to make huge profit as quickly as possible. Only few will be patient enough for some estimated number of years in order for his/her business to reach MATURITY stage.

Patience, Endurance & Skill is key. Profit can come afterwards. (my perception though).

6: Not being able to defend your certificate - Most graduates these days know nothing, infact they are simply a disgrace to their certifications. Graduates who couldn't write their projects, had 3rd parties write their CVs and have no idea of the content and can't even defend it. Most have nothing to say in an interview and nothing to show for the years spent withing the 4 walls of a school.

Unemployment is a disease in Nigeria but Unemployability is a wide spreading epidemic!

What of those that can defend their certificate and they still tell them they will get back to them, or those that are employee and given less than 15k as monthly salary?
