You don't have to meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description.

The employment requirements for each NOC includes the required educational qualifications.

In essence, you can have a degree in fine art and show work experience as an investment banker!

my sis is currently in canada. She never had a qualification in what she applied for but the duties matched. Initially, when i started this journey, i also saw the employment criteria. I draw her attention to it and she told me that it doesn't matter, and she is a clear example of it. That i should make sure d duties match

Please, I just entered IP1 on thursday,. I didnt know that CIC usually verifies current bank balances. I thot they only verify as at the date of the bank reference letter. So after obtaining bank reference, I used from my POF to pay for application fee and RPRF.

Recently, I read somewhere on dis thread that current bank balance reflected on someone's gcms notes, meaning that CIC was able to confirm bank balance beyond the date on the reference letter. So, I want to top up my POF this new week.

Do I need to raise a CSE and send the updated POF to CIC? Or do I just update the POF and chill?

I've read every single post on this thread from part 1, including the annoying congratulations spams and instant messages between some individuals here. I've also read posts on other forum and downloaded ALL gcms notes available online and searchable by Google to understand how IRCC works after I've asked questions here that nobody could provide answers to. However we're humans and can still make mistakes. If you think the information I've provided is wrong research it and come back here with evidence. That way we all learn.
