20 years continuity of APC can’t deliver one small light rail after spending three times the amount used for Addis Ababa light rail that was completed in four years.
Maybe Buhari is only continuing and completing these projects because they are in the 97% states of the north while the 5% states of the south remain abandoned. Lagos-Ibadan express road not completed after three years and being less complicated than the two railway projects in the north.

The PDP headquarters project launched and started over ten years ago is not making progress, virtually abandoned. If they can speak politely to PMB, the finisher of projects , he may finish it for them. After all Nigeria needs the opposition.
