Are you aware the UN says the govt you serve paid a very huge ransom said to be almost 20 million dollars to these same Boko haram as ransom and the money is responsible for their newly found vigor again ? Are you aware it's safe to say the Nigerian govt ransom is the primary funding for Boko haram today ...
