No other cameras app beats Gcam, you can get it working without root by flashing TWRP recovery.

I remember 2 years ago when I bought manuka honey from USA @150 dollars and ended up paying 35k as customs duty on it.

One thing you need to realize is that you actually have little option if they insist that you would pay 500 because you can't fight them even if you know that the amount is 200 naira.

The money in question is not much though.
