Does this FIFA ban has any implication on Nigerian players all over the world? Remember, the last time we were threatened with a ban. FIFA stated that all football activities both locally and internationally will be halted and Nigeria players will not be able to feature for their respective clubs too. |

TheLoneCitizen: No argument bro. Onyekuru is the best Nigerian winger home and abroad by a century mile. Moses who? As a winger, Moses was and is still a big failure from stoke to Liverpool to westham to Chelsea to wigan but as a wing back, he was and is our best. 2 Likes |

ChrisKels: I won't say Moses was bad, but he had too many excesses detracting him. Onyekuru on the other hand has been phenomenal and as shown astuteness in his play. His rise has been so meteoric that Everton fans fear that he will never play for them. It's no news that the national team cannot survive with fullbacks or wing backs, they are a team of wingers, something they have in loads. 2 Likes |

Pls lets not start the hype and comparison with Onyekuru, though he is very good but still have a long way to go. |

Eagles need reinforcements, bar our home grown kids doing well in Europe and are on the fringes of the national team for now, I recommend these few stars due to our needs ; With Moses gone, I suggest we re approach Ademola lookman especially now that he is so neglected by England at all levels. He and Onyekuru should be supported to make our right wing more menacing. With our lack of creativity upfront, I also suggest we bring in Ebere Eze . He is ripe and has been doing well in the championship as an attacking midfielder. He will give us something better than Etebo has been dishing out. Both play in the same league but av been enjoying contrasting fortunes. Philip Anyanwu Billing also should be capped because we dont have any capable hand to back up or take over from Mikel yet. Next is Josh Onomah , also as an understudy to Mikel. We should also relaunch our bid to have both Uduokhai and Akpoguma to help increase our pool in the defense. Special mentions are Deji, Ehizibue and Ikouwem . If Deji starts playing for Frankfurt this season, he should be brought in to compete with Idowu who has been a bench warmer for Locomotiv Moscow. Ikouwem should also be given a chance. About Ehizibue, with Ebuehi out injured, we need a better back up to Aina, sorry but I dont think Shehu can fill in, hence, I suggest we give Ehizibue a chance to show wot he's got. 4 Likes |

Looks like, there will be no ban. According to Colin Udoh, the federal government have written to FIFA agreeing to their demands. So Giwa is gone. "Nigeria’s Federal Government wrote to FIFA on Saturday agreeing, amongst other things, to allow football to be run on FIFA Statutes and to expedite passage of NFF Bill. Giwa? Toast" 6 Likes |

Clementoke:Gabriel is a prolific striker and has proven himself everywhere and babatunde is very creative and and experienced. You need to watch performance against Memolodi Sundowns in CCL. Wydad Casablanca is currently the highest rated club in Africa. Babatunde is currently their hit man. |

zuchyblink: The Babatunde that I have been following his game in the CAF champions League? E never even reach 10hrs wey just finish watching their game with Mamelodi Sundowns and Dude was crap. When he got subbed out in the 65th minute, even the commentators (T.K and the other guy) were wondering how he made it to the world cup in 2014. Bros abeg did u mean Azubuike abi Gabriel Okechukwu? Neither of the two is worthy of a mention please. Both plus Babatunde aint super eagles quality. We talking about reinforcement (improvement), u dey mention people who are worse than the ones we have already. Nawa oo 1 Like 1 Share |

charlesemeka85:same thing you guys said when I suggested 3-5-2 for world Cup. Bet me before the end of this year One of will be invited. You guys don't follow African football. You think that African football is like NPFL? Africa has left Nigeria in backwardness. South Africa defeated us in Uyo with 80% home based players. U need to start watching CCL.most leagues in Africa are better than some leagues in Europe. 1 Like |
