Before the FRSC was established in 1988, some states, individuals and private companies made attempts to formulate road safety programs for Nigeria. These attempts were made because there was no official government policies to address the issues of road safety while accidents continued to occur on the roads.


Prominent among these attempts were those made by Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) between 1960 and 1965. The company created their own road safety program to create awareness amongst Nigerian drivers. This act of social responsibility by SPDC stands as the first organised effort by any group to fashion or attempt to implement a road safety policy in Nigeria.

Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) wishes to inform all candidates set to write the upcoming FRSC examination that the names of successfully shortlisted candidates will surely be made available at the FRSC official portal. And again all successful candidates should visit the Federal Road Safety Corp Headquarters in their respective states of origin on their designated interview dates.


Items Successful Candidates Are To Bring:
Educational/Academic certificates;
Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age;
Duly completed Guarantor’s Form;
State of Origin Certificate;

There is no any guarantors form anywhere biko. Was your own FRSC application difft frm others? Where u fill ur own application? Frm which portal ? Pls stop misleading people. No guarantor form was included in the FRSC application, only the data page print out slip. Whether u have mixed it up with either federal fire service or prison service. But for FRSC, no guarantor form there
