I really don't know how to advise you in this regard. I see two options, one is to raise a CSE but that doesn't seem to fit into the category on this website https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Second option would be to patiently wait. Others who have been in this situation should be able to help you better.

ECA received. Entered pool today with a lowly 423. Prepared for marathon lap as I wait for spouse's IELTS and ECA.

I have my ECA ongoing, i was trying to get hubby to evaluate his MBA but getting result may slow things as i want us to prepare and write ielts together consider his person. I am thinking he doesn't evaluate certificate as it is just a 7 point difference and all things being equal i should have 450 without his wes. Your advice please

Technically you can do that. 450 is a good score. However, can you guarantee high ielts score for both of you? Which ielts scores did you base the 450 on?

After waiting for 16 long and gruesome weeks (4 months) for EOR with BC (LRSW 8.5 9 7.5 6.5) it came back with no upgrade.

But my God encouraged me with a better result with MOD (LRSW 9 9 8 7), this writing eeehhh, they let my people go but that was all I needed.

I know its not yet PPR but my heart is filled with gratitude.

My dear, I have been on read-only-mode. I have not even smelt 'I' talk more of 'TA'. I am humbly parked at lane 435+, praying hubby's next attempt at IELTS will take us above this 440 parole.

Had to ask a friend in the UK to help me fill the application and make the payment.

Although World Pay and ACRO both replied my compliant mail and told me almost similar things. That the firewall blocks suspicious IP addresses.
