I had dispense error on gtbank platform and was told 5-8 working days (� )

On 17th ,I complained again and was told it's been logged again and should wait till end of the month. There is an issue here. Which means customer request is not been treated. Dispense error on GTPAY taking �

My brother, I have never experienced this kind of thing with banking before as GTBank has treated me in the last 4 weeks. POS failed transaction, for one whole month its been that exact same narrative they have been giving me. A robot generated response to messages

Hmmmmmm. Yeah. And mine they keep telling me it has been logged and I went to their care online. Nothing ooo. No care. Transaction since 10/08/2018 on same GTPAY
