My sis gave birth on Saturday, she called me today crying that she was trying to poo but it's hard. She has episiotomy and she's afraid it might affect d site if she tries to force d stool. What can she use? Mamas pls help

I read that stool softeners always work. She can ask for it at the hospital or at any pharmacy store.

Hi mamas.
please I went for scan at 36weeks +1 day and the scan said baby weighs 4.3kg. Though I have had a 4.5kg baby before, I know how long it took my virgina to recover from the tear. I am so worried because I still have time. my Edd is 20/9/18. I need your opinions. I intend to request for a CS from my doctor next week. please kindly advise me.

I noticed some of us are already tired of being pregnant God will continue to give us strength to keep moving.
On a lighter note, enjoy this journey as we will not get a chance to be pregnant of these babies again onces they are out
August is coming to an end already , by the time we are in Sept it means we will be left with Oct and Nov.
