The only deviation, that is acceptable is, if one party make much more than the other; then the Judge can award upkeep to one party to upset the imbalance, and that maybe what happened here and in which case, the amount should be appropriate.

I asked you a simple question and you're saying bullshît about head of the family. You said the man shouldn't be given upkeep because the kid is his child but you forgot that the kid given to the woman is also her child.
