How do know you the highest score was 42? Friend, if you don't get as high as 45 forget it, the last time I had 4 friends who scored 42 and none were picked. Interview 60 ke, that's what they made you understand because that's where corrupt organizers can influence the score of their candidate. Those few 6 questions amount to 60 per cent which doesn't last 4 minutes, 2 out of which are current affairs question. Get your facts right.

Hahahaha, let me tell u, everything I have written here are correct! The so called interview is 60 percent. When you write the CBT this year, you can confirm it from the organisers.
Let me also tell you that I still have the file for CBT result of 2016. Let me tell you that rarely would you find PhD candidates that scored 45 especially in that year where all engineering students were subjected to EEE based CBT. I repeat that in a state where the highest candidate scored 42 but wasnt awarded the scholarship, goes to show you that the final decision of who gets the award isnot really based on the score or perfomance at the the CBT.

I just jumped into this trend. I was part of the 2017 candidates. It took a lot of pressure before we got our transport fare. Finally, the scholarship cancelled. Please, let's keep praying but it seems prayers won't change a devil. The MD is planning to run for governorship under APP and he is channeling his effort and NDDC money towards that course.

My school called me from Scotland asking if I am still interested in taking up my admission. In fact the lady said NDDC has been irresponsible of late.

Do not put your hope in the scholarship until the corrupt MD leaves the office. Mrs. Semenatri should have been left to become full time MD. She ran a transparent scholarship scheme even those who didn't get it were happy because it was open.

Yes we have the list of candidates from all the state's with their scores. No cheating. Also, your scores + interviews + quota comes to play. You can make 50 from Imo but a person with 35 from Akwa Ibom gets the scholarship.

I was a victim of that in 2016. And it was explained to us. Similar to less educated state kind of admission.
Look for alternatives while we await the invites (if it would come).

Exactly this is what I am thinking to, I was also from the 2017 set and it seems to me that Godson(consultant recruited by NDDC) response to Jemulsboy on previous post indicates that the shortlisting has already been prepared but we are requested to wait...If we put one and to together something fishy is going on. It seems that the scheme is tied to the MDs resignation. He was suppose to resign sometime in June/July but apparently he is still on. I think the election primaries for his state will commence in November for Governorship aspirants of which his candidature has received blessings from the Presidency but he still has to fulfil party rules.. So if we put one and two together I think the management under his leadership are hoarding funds for his election bid and things will kick off as soon as he resigns because the new MD will request for a change in the status quo.... Arent these people Mad? like seriously.....It cant take Godson 5 weeks to shortlist.......Thats just the basic truth....Thinking out of the box**************
