the laws are clear. he didn't flout it. without the permission of ......its obvious he was given permission. infact, NYSc officials will be the ones to tell him to leave.imagine what happened when he was there very big distraction. I remember when I was serving , the son of former president was told to register and go that they can't guarantee his security .when you are big u are big.

in saner clans, facilities would be in good shape, security would be available for both the rich and poor in the environment.
