have a layover for 14-24hours

thanks, please before the layover, as you arrived and landed at Cairo Int'L airport, at the port of entry was your passport stamped with the Egyptian sticker, l want my Int'L passport to be stamp with the Egyptian sticker at the airport, do you know how I can go about it, thanks

If your lay over is less than 24 hours, it won't be stamped.

Why didn't anybody warn this Enasdan dude not to go do anything illegal with the so many unreasonable, persistent questions he's asking ? How can you expect to enter egypt free or have your passport stamp for an entrance visa without applying for one?

You can always get a transit visa
