Lassra has to do with Lagos State Residence Registration. you need to register as a resident of Lagos State in any of their office, then the slip will be printed out with your registration number on it

I have been awake since 2: am but still unable to even create an account . can someone fill the form without an account because a friend told me that he just create an account and used it to register for three persons . is this possible?
