I am sharing this story to save you guys some headache and money. I have been a freelancer for some years. If you are familiar with Upwork and the rest you will know the pay can be poor sometimes. I recently got the opportunity to transcribe for a site for better pay but there was a problem. The only paid through PayPal and since a Nigerian account could not receive I had to look for other means. To cut it short, I sent $15.73 to Pexbank through the email: paypal_ng@pexbank.com.
The money was received but I was told I had to look for a buyer on the site. Sadly I discovered that there were no serious buyers on the site and that his Whatsapp group was full of suspicious fellows. I complained and he removed me from the group saying I was spoiling his business. He actually thought he was doing me a favour. He said he would even send me the money himself but I noticed he blocked me on Whatsapp and my 'small money' according to him is gone. I already have a genuine alternative but I just wanted to try Pexbank.com the emails on the site and phone numbers are down below. I have no way of reaching him, I don't bother because of the sum.

I have made two successful transactions on their site. So, mind how you rubbish someone's business.
You must know that pexbank use an escrow service which means that your buyer will not be a pexbank staff but a user like you and I. This means that someone has to be interested in the deal you posted on pexbank before it can be sold.

So you mean if someone did not buy your PayPal in pexbank they are scammers. Why hasn't you use alternative means to sell your PayPal so of you buy an item and you yet to sell it that makes the market place a scam . those that are selling are there. Go and beg your village people no one has told you to send your PayPal to them without payment stop putting your frustration on pexbank. They are not the reason why your village people are dealing with you
