You need your POF as soon as your get your AOR. However, you will need to prove that the fund are yours and not borrowed. Since they ask for the prior 6-month statements, they will see if the minimum required funds have been added in on lump sum. You will need to prove the origins of the funds if you are in that situation. You should check this link on how you can prove origin: https://www.justforcanada.com/settlement-funds.html

Are you sure about this? I thought AOR is after he/she might have submitted APR? if I'm right, what did she use to submit POF? Well, You might be right tough. Cheers

Good Morning House. I am a registered Nurse with RM and RPHN. I also have a bachelor degree in nursing(BNSc). Should I use WES or IQAS for my evaluation? Which of these will give me the maximum score? Thanks
Did u obtain these degrees separately or it was combined under your BSN?

I'm sure it was the crs tool questionnaire you filled. If you don't want to go to page 1 and read up, go back to cic.gc.ca website and read up on the express entry process /Federal Skilled Worker program.

Happy Sunday

please can we discuss on private chat?? i need to upgrade my evaluation with WES and i wanna use Neco.... pls whats the process?
LecturerIFE:
NECO is quite fast with issuing transcript. Application made August 10, transcript received and acknowledged by WES August 23.

Neco used DHL shocked. For a government agency, I must say that's impressive. Waiting for verification email.

You are talking about citizenship requirement (1095 days).
PR status: thttp://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=727&top=4
Citizenship: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/eligibility.html

You actually need to have been physically present in Canada for at least 1,019 days (approximately three years) in order to qualify for renewal of permanent residency status. It's crystal-clear on IRCC website.

Hello house thank you for all the relevant and useful information on this thread.
I must say well done guys. God bless the work of our hands.

Please I got appointed by a Canadian province after graciously securing a job under the AIPP - Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
I have been directed to Apply by paper and am currently getting all documents up to roll.

Please i seek for advice from any one who has applied through this program and what they did or who ever has the right information, Please chat me up, mail me @ proffvin11@gmail, then we could chat more through phone.

Pls, a quick one, is there a problem using the normal A4 papers for printing my IMM documents?

Thank you all.

Hi congratulations on your appointment and ITA. I hope you’ve gotten answers to your questions. I wish I could help but I know next to nothing about the AIPP and paper application. However, I do need your help. Can you kindly share your experience and how got this appointment. I’ve read through on the cic website but I need more information about securing a job cos they mentioned ‘designated employers’ But there’s no list. Please kindly share the methods and website you used during your job search.
Thank you!

Try and sort your Settlement Funds before you enter the pool. Remember you only have 60 days to submit your application once you get ITA.
bests:

Please at what point do you need POF in all od these stages... My guess is AOR. Just got my IELTS and currently sitting on 464 CRS, A lil bothered about the #4m.

If you're unable to check your result online after 13 days, go to the office at the allocated time (12-3pm for MOD PH..google for other locations) to pickup the hardcopy. If the hard copy is still not available, start asking questions. Follow up with a mail asap.

Had a similar experience in 2015 with BC, mine was picked up for random reassessment (without my knowledge). My eyes opened when i nearly missed CAS shutdown after waiting for one month plus. Saw some action only after I tweeted at Cairan Dave-something, the BC oga kpata-kpata (got no response to mails sent).

You can buy the T/Bills before submitting your application and getting AOR. Purchasing the T/Bills may help you prove you are keeping the money long term. However, you still need to do a gift deed and also include an LOE that will explain how you got the money. It's about explaining how you got the bulk sum to the VO.

mosky47:
Hi everyone,

I'm using a gift deed as a large part of my POF. I've read here that one can use Treasury bills certificate as POF.

I plan to use the money (including the gift deed) to purchase treasury bills. I don't have a problem with getting bank statements as well.

My questions:

1. Can this be done after submitting my application and getting AOR? Or would it raise eyebrows if updated POF is required as ADR?

2. If I do it before submitting my application, is it going to be a problem?

Anyone with experiences on this?

As has been noted recently, we only hear testimonies but don't get to hear news of rejections, so we can avoid such mistakes that led to the rejection.

I will appreciate responses.

Good day all. Please I will need advise on the precarious situation of mine. Wifey''s middle name has a mix up if the letters 'a' and 'e' in some of her documents, that is her WAEC and Bachelors degree certificate carries "Osaremen" as her middle name whereas her international passport, BVN, and most of her post graduation certificate carries "Oseremen" as her middle name. We are about to pay for her IELTS exams and WES credentials evaluation and we are very wary of the approach to take for this mixup so that it doesn't blow in our faces at the end of the day. Please gurus in the house who are familiar with such situattion, we need your advice. Thanks

The advise I've always seen here in such cases is that you use one and same person affidavit. I also have something similar to your wife's problem and I raised a one and only person affidavit based on advise I got here and also did a confirmation of name advert in a national daily. You can explore those options.

Thank you very much. I guess we will just proceed with the one on her international passport. Do I have to inform WES of this development as her credentials will bear the name we are dropping?
