Great job you're doing ma. Have been ruminating the thought of going into fashion as a part time hustle. I studied mechanical engineering. With those illustrations you gave. The measurements are really stuffs I can relate with. And when I saw that French curve I was like wow.

This style can be analyzed into 3 main sections or parts.

First part - The basic bodice which comprises of the bustier section and off shoulder sleeve.

Let the blind not take up a Shepard's role fa. Try YouTube for simple easy to follow cut&sew styles. Just start scavenging all those 1-2 yards left over materials from all around you and you will be fine jare.

please can i truly learn how to sew from all these?
i have not properly gone through the thread,
if it possible then let me go back and digest the thread.. hope i will be able to achieve this because i intend to enrol for a teaching class... soon

Why manual? Just go straight for singer electric machine. The time it takes to learn how to ride the treadle could be used to learn other importance things. They are pricey and fast going out of fashion. Simply go to all those cargo markets and buy a good tokunbo electric sewing machine for about 15-20k. You will be fine, you will target NEPA to use it. In fact, you could use it with as little as 0.3kva inverter. Cheers babes

Oya go buy singer or butterfly manual then, they are good exercise for the legs. Another thing you could do is the hybrid machine. They have both hand driven(like the ones Obioma tailors carry about on the streets ) wheels and electric. You could only jam them by luck sha.Good luck...your fashion is about to become cooler and cheaper. The things I've done with 1k materials...lawd!
