Osinbajo thinks governance is to speak grammar and present papers that only glouse over issues leaving the facts. I read his response which made no meaning at all. He mentioned Western region achievement in the 60s, mentioned fiscal federalism but has failed to push for same system in his adminnistration. It is advisable in a credit ranked economy to take loans to improve rating and build trust with creditors. We all know Nigeria has credit rating.
