I have been to the embassy twice
The first time for certification and the second time for interview. The first time I went, all the people behind me were sent home.

They already have a record of those that are going to show up for appointment and Paulinus will over check it with your passport number.
Let me state it clearly that if you do not go through the normal process, that is book for a visa appointment through this email student@lago.diplo.de, you're on your own oh.

And let me also remind you that it's stated clearly on their website that there are no available dates anymore so if you go through the other route, that is book for appointment on their website, you think it's not obvious enough that something is wrong somewhere?

I'll also tell you that if you're found guilty of getting your appointment through a crooked means, maybe by using another passport number or whatever, you'll be banned

Finally, they're future applicants here who are patiently waiting to apply for summer, please don't pour sand in their garri! We're all in this together, nobody is competing with anyone, we're all going to get there at the end, please let's be patient and do the right thing.

You can't use NPC if you were born before 1992. Age declaration is the fastest. It should be done by the head of your family at a court. Costs 500. And it's "wait and take". Good luck.

This your course na hotcake ooo, which seems to be a reason why they charge heavy tuition. As regards your request, some of the courses with free tuition are taught in German, few a mixture of German and English and very few English.

For the English language masters taught courses with free tuition, kindly check out the following program

Please dont use any visa agent. You can do it all by yourself. Just read some previous pages of this wonderful thread! I'm at the visa interview stage and its my first time of even visiting the embassy. From school application till date has been online. Mind you, I'm a teller in a bank so you can imagine how tight my schedule is.

Truth be told, no matter how busy work can really get, one can also create time to read some parts of the thread(or just part 5 alone) and you'll surprised how much you know already.
No be agent go help you find your desired course when you know your strengths and weaknesses to related course programs. No be when go tell you the little things that matter, from writing a strong LoM, to visa interview process.
My advise: Winter semester is due and you can only focus on next year's summer or winter(a year from now) to read, ask questions and get prompt response from different intellectuals here on NL with different convincing views to choose from just like I have started my journey in just 2 month. I may be wrong, but think about it.

Now I believe some persons use agents. Let me tell you what happened when I went for my student visa interview at the German Consulate in Lagos. Perhaps, you may learn one or two things from it.

I had my interview on the 29 day of August, 2018; together with two other friends. One of my friends who was the 5th person on the cue was sent to the back of the line by Paulinus. He was replaced by another guy.


When Paulinus asked us to drop originals and photocopies of proof of funding; the new guy had SL but didn't know that's the proof of funding. Trust Paulinus, he sent him out. He automatically became the last person on the line.


When it eventually got to his turn again, he was asked if he has his visa application fee. Baba said the cash is with the agent that processed his application for him. The agent didn't tell him he would make payment on the day of his interview. Unfortunately, he was sent home. I doubt if he could resecured an appointment at the Consulate for winter 2018.


I don't think you are very busy compared to most persons in the group. If you want to use an agent, it simply means you don't consider your studies in Germany a priority.

When you are ready to study in Germany, I strongly believe you'll carve out time for yourself!
