sure, but u have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks (or more) for delivery n possibility of custom fees too, (I've never been affected though)

What you got was global rom, not global version. No store has sold global version black for less than 190 dollars.

If your sister isn't going to use smile 4g, go for global rom. You can check my pricelist.
