I'm looking at the effort holistically paying the corpers about 50million/month irrespective of their meagre allocation is a good one. I can't say same for mega cities who aren't paying workers!

I served In a remote village ugwulangwu in ohaozara LGA of Ebonyi state, the governor's LGA to be precised, we pupu nd bath in d bush... mud house, sun fly, dust and drought dominated the area... the villagers extorted us of the little we have cos dey sell things expensive to us yet we weren't Pai the state alawee... some LGA will receive why d others won't...
