I use a HP Envy 15 laptop.

It hangs/freezing and restart automatically when I'm in the middle of something. I'm a DJ, even when I'm playing at parties it makes a loud cracking sound, the off and starts booting up again. This is really painfull. I don't know what to do again.


WHAT I HAVE TRIED

I have Reinstalled windows 8.1 and 10
Reformatted my system.
Changed my hard disk
Changed my 2 Rams
Used it without battery (direct AC)
Opened the inside and cleaned everything both the processor and fan

---

Still it keeps on doing it.

Have you seen a blue screen of death before?

Mine just blue screens anyhow..

You need to service your laptop bro, since you use it outside a lot, it will definitely gather a lot of dust and block the air vent, thereby making the heat to dry up the cooling paste in the processor.

took it for servicing yesterday, they cleaned the interior.

Did the engineer apply cooling paste on the processor? I'll advice you change the heat sink.

Probably it may be board issue .
Have you try to remove the keyboard also
