1 IPOB members have in the past attacked soldiers, and even members of the community that disobeys their leader's call, the show of strenght may be to assure people who do not follow IPOB's order of safety

2 In some people's mind , The show of force is to intimidate people into coming out ?


Two things are certain :
1 Soldiers will not go to anybody's house to force them to go out
2 IPOB can not attack anybody who defies the order considering the number of security operatives that'll be present

But Nigeria soldiers can shoot an innocent person either by commission or commission, label him IPOB and nothing will happen, instead they will be promoted. I think the military should use this opportunity to settle the Biafra question. Kill any fly that disturbs the peace of this country. If Gowon did not make the mistake of accepting the no victor no vanquish nonsense, this ipob terrorists would not be rearing their heads to disturb the peace of Nigeria. Ipob can make noise all they want. Nobody is stopping you from sitting at home. The security forces are there to ensure that the iPod miscreants do not disturb others from going about their business. The security won t go near anybody so long as you don't constitute a nuisance by attacking them.

My area is a perfect example of the difference between an igbo man and a yoruba man. Almost all the houses in my area are owned by igbo men and while the incomplete buildings are occupied by the yorubas. These igbo men leave their houses early in the morning to head to work only to return late in the evening, working hard all day to sustain thier families. But all the yorubas do is to smoke weed, make noise and raise irresponsible sons and daughters that end up having unwanted pregnancies without a means to take care of themselves and the baby.
