You are welcome mama. I'm glad you are almost done with shopping. About the back pain, I used to suffer from it but miraculously bumped into a solution that has seen me say goodbye to back pain.

My sister in law that used to help me travelled and I had to choice but to clean the house. So I bought that long brush used for sweeping. Then I swept the whole house with it and later mopped the house as well. I would only bend a little to squeeze the mop and not bend entirely.

To my greatest surprise, that evening, I slept like a baby with zero pain. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't experienced it again. I only mop 2 times a week and it has been very helpful in getting rid of the pain.

In fact, if not for that bum bum pain and baby kicking, I would have being afraid that baby is no longer there

It shall all end in praise for all of us.

Thank God for that ma'am,
I can't sleep with my right side at all my baby doesn't like it so i sleep with my left side and i feel so weak with just one side, i can't just wait for November to come really counting down

Have a bunch of US size 3 Pampers Swaddlers, Cruisers and baby dry for 15k/box. And huggies little snugglers size 1 and 2

Hope it's not both miles, then continue with the one that is out while u keep working on the I inverted one. Have met a no of women's who breastfed their baby with just one breast. Cos the baby eventually rejects the breast that gives them stress. All the same continue to put the baby on the inverted nipple even if it's just for putting sake. With time the nipple will be out. It's only when it's accompanied by bleeding or incessant and painful cramping you need to be wary (could be fibroid or a threatened abortion).
Lie on your left, drink lots of fluid and the pain will pass.

Yeah! This is true. I was sorting out baby's stuffs at the peak of labour. E pain me I no go lie you. It's good as you put baby's first wears (coconut oil and ors included) in a polythene bag. No need for too much load. You will be asked to put them outside if it's much self.
