I think yes though...

I know of someone who transferred from Osun Polytechnic where he did his ND to Yabatech where he did his HND. I don't know if its still done tho... But changing polytechnics from ND1 to ND2 is highly unlikely.

As a lecturer or a student?.. If you are a student, you can only do ur HND in another polytechnic.. They don't do transfer here in Nigeria's polytechnic cos it is not a football club or a church where pastors and footballers are transferred respectively... This question is a fuvking rhetorical question in the Nigeria context...

Not when government own Polytechnics is involved. But for private, it can be possible mostly when money is involved. But for government own, forget it sir/ma.

Transfer is not typically built into Nigeria's higher institution except through Jamb direct entry. But that one requires you to complete a diploma or a degree first. I seriously doubt if a one polytechnic would accept transfer student from a different university. May it would work for private polytechnic and universities.

Don't say what you don't know. You can transfer from one public university to another with your transcript from your current department. Back to the question I don't know that of polys but the op can easily walk into any polytechnique nearby to make inquiries.
