As for external measurements, that's y we are giving you plot sizes that the building can work on.

For example, if your land is between 450sqm to 648sqm, We can always adjust our designs to suit your land & if it is a starter plot, we got you covered.

We don't want our potential clients to feel that because of the external sizes, it might not work on their land that's y we show the plot sizes in our thread. Also, we can always modify our plans to suit your plot, the worse that can happen is to reduce or increase the number of bedrooms or space sizes.

On price, that's y we always attach worthy of note excerpt, the type of luxurious finishes we have in mind for our potential clients is part of the reason & we also do our billing assuming it is on a 648sqm plot. if your plot is smaller, the price might actually b a bit less.
