Wow, that really looks like a great house design. I can say that you have a real talent. By the way, I can advise you a couple of good tools for house plans. I am also a designer, so usually, when I make a roof plan, I use this roof pitch calculator https://concalc.org/roof-pitch-calculator/. In addition, there are quite a few useful tools on this site, so try to us them. I am sure that this will help you to make more accurate layouts of houses.
