Hello, I need a 3bedroom bungalow with a penthouse

A 12/12 master bedroom en-suite (toilet 5/5ft) upstairs with a 11/10ft mini living room that's all I want on the pent

Then

the two bedrooms downstairs should be 10/10 each with a toilet of 4/5ft
Living room 12/13ft should be open roof
And a Kitchen of 6/6ft

On a 30/120 plot

If you can reduce it to make it more moderate I'd appreciate it just to reduce cost
