Please help.

I am feeling somehow, weak, angry and abdomenal pain.
This morning i woke up feeling like this. I am always wanting to sleep.

I was contemplating on what could be the problem, when i remembered vividly yesterday that i took a drug around 8pm.
I was having a stiff neck, so i took two tablets from the drug. Day before yesterday i took one, i was relieve, it later came back and i decided to take two.

Also within that period of time i took the tablets yesterday, i was doing a work with my brother, he mistakenly hit my belly with his elbow very hard, the pain lasted for 4 to 5 minutes.

This morning when these my aforementioned problems started, i was contemplating if it is the two tablets or the blow because i am feeling pain in stomach, it would last for 2 mins, let's say 3mins later, it continues.

Please what could be the cause of these symptons?

Don't take that drug again please...in the mean time, drink lots and lots of water. if the symptoms persist, go see a doctor !

You could try drinking milk to neutralise the effect of the drug.

yea. But that drug strong oooo, if i calculate how long it took me to recover eeh. Almost 18 fucking hours.

I had never experience such outcome.

Please don't use that drug again... It's side effects is not worth the relief
