Women and young girls are not excluded, in fact, they are the major target points.

They are mostly targeted when there are rising political issues, propaganda and evil power agenda in a bid to conquer a set of people, zone or country.

The country's National Crime Record Bureau report reveals that crimes against women have increased by 7.5% since 2010; although it does not state the percentage of rape cases responsible for this increase, reported cases of rape was observed to has risen to 33,707 in 2013.

Victims are usually between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
